Franchise Buyer

• Based on surveys of peak performing franchisees, franchisers provide us with that same franchisee profile they desire from new buyer franchisees.
• We match these characteristics against our extensive databases, seeking those candidates who would best fit the profile.
• We screen buyer candidates for the franchise business for sale to include how the candidate will best fit into the franchiser's network. All screened buyers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Qualified buyers are then offered a preview of the franchise system and the subject business off premises via our unique web-based platform.
• Finalists are then introduced to the franchisee and offered a facility tour. An acknowledged receipt of the UFOC disclosure document is sent to the franchiser.
• We help negotiate the letter of intent, move the process through due diligence and closing, and help integrate the new franchisee into the franchiser's culture.
• We follow up the succession process with performance reviews with all stakeholders in order to ensure the on-going quality of services.
