- We start by helping you educate franchise owners "to begin with the
end in mind". A valuable succession process is created by identifying future exit strategies that will meet
anticipated franchiser and franchisee objectives. Ideally then, we want to
work with your franchisees from the first day they join you, until the day
they sell their business.
- We are also prepared to work with your current franchisees when they decide
to sell their franchise. We take the franchisee through the entire sales process
- preparation, valuation, marketing, buyer qualification, buyer due-diligence,
negotiations, closing and post-closing.
- We incorporate the franchiser's business development tools into the offering
memorandum.
- We ensure that the franchise disclosure process is handled properly with
the UFOC and the franchise agreement is delivered in a timely fashion; an acknowledgement
of receipt is forwarded to you immediately. We ensure that appropriate state
franchise laws are adhered to during this disclosure phase.
